Replace water supply line

My tenant on 37 street W, one block off of Manatee, has had to turn her kitchen sink water supply off for the past month because it leaks. I live in Texas and need someone to evaluate and fix. I had a guy who was doing minor plumbing, but cant make contact. I think its the water supply line, seems to be the most common reason for a leak that would be stopped by turning of water supply.... If you are close to that part of town, (very close to Publix at 39th and Manatee) shoot me an email.
