Press release from the Iredell County Government: July 19, 2021 *** NOTICE OF AUCTION by the Iredell County Sheriff's Office*** The Iredell County Sheriff's Office will hold a public auction on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. The auction will start at 10:00 am, the location of the auction will be 2727 Amity Hill Road, Statesville. This auction will be CASH ONLY. The property, pursuant to this notice of auction, is being offered for sale, "AS IS, WHERE IS."  The Iredell County Sheriff's Office make no representations or warranties relating to the title of the property being offered for sale.  Any and all responsibilities or liabilities arising out of or in any way relating to any such condition are expressly disclaimed. This property is being sold subject to all prior liens and encumbrances pending against the property.   Cash payment is due at time of sale. Buyer must remove property from CONTAINERS/WAREHOUSE  at the sale location on day of sale or make arrangements with owner of sale location.
