Recently relocated to Ojai from London. Montreal bred songwriter experimentalist raconteur with a heart n soul forged along highway 61, between Memphis and New Orleans... Mississippi delta country. Hack of all trades, master of none (guitars n' lap steels n' harmonicas n' turntables n' ukuleles n' pianos n' trumpets). Looking for folks of any and all backgrounds and instruments (drums, bass, beats, fiddle, cello, keys etc.) to see what kinda stuff we can come up with and gel into a sound. Have a few dozen songs and few hundreds pieces, somewhere to start. I like Bees and things beginning with that letter, (except The Stones, despite no B's). Beastie Boys, Big Star, Bruce Springsteen, Beck, Bowie, Beetlejuice, The Byrds, Bonnie & Clyde, james BROWN, BOB Dylan, Bill Callahan/Smog, Blur, Bad Brains, Bar-Kays, Bill Monroe, Blind Willie McTell, Bo Diddley, Bentonia Blues, Brian Eno, Buck Owens, Burial, Big Bill Bronzy, Bob Seger, oh and Can, Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels, Sly Stone and The Kinks too.
