Need quote for hardwood floor refinish & LVT installation

I have 2 flooring jobs for a PROFESSIONAL. First one is installing 1100 sq ft of Luxury Vinyl Plank in an office building. It consists of 5 offices and a reception area. All areas get the LVP except the kitchen. New shoe molding needs to be put down after the flooring is installed. Address is 107 Windel Dr. Raleigh. There is currently carpet in the office. You can quote to remove or we can remove. Second quote is for a residential townhouse that has wood floors on the main level (dining room and living room, approximately 500 sq ft) that needs to be sanded, stained and sealed. Additionally, the 3 bathrooms need new Luxury Vinyl Plank installed and new shoe molding put down. There is 150 sq ft of LVP to be installed. This address is 1128 Collington Dr, Cary.
