Título de la posición: Custodio, Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles Reporta a: Gerente del Pabellón, Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles Resumen de posición El Custodio con Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles (Levitt LA), es responsable de mantener limpio el césped y las áreas que rodean Levitt Pavilion en el Parque MacArthur durante la serie de conciertos gratuitos de verano. Responsabilidades Limpieza / Mantenimiento  Recojer y desechar toda la basura en el césped de Levitt Pavilion y de las áreas alrededor antes, durante y después de los conciertos.  Vacíe los botes de basura del sitio de Levitt antes, durante y después de los conciertos en un contenedor de basura cercano. Debe poder levantar bolsas de basura de 50 galones en el carro.  Limpiar las escaleras antes de conciertos con la manguera  Limpiar y reabastecer los baños portátiles y las estaciones de lavado antes y durante los conciertos  Asegurar los baños portátiles y las estaciones de lavado con una reja después de cada concierto.  Identificar y marcar áreas de precaución en el césped, como baches, lodo o peligros de tropiezo; hacer que el administrador de espacios conozca las áreas de precaución  Mantener una apariencia limpia y ordenada del césped, el area de carga y las áreas de baños portátiles  Mantener inventario de suministros de limpieza y baño  Notifique al gerente del pabellon cuando los suministros de limpieza y baños son bajos  Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles se adhiere a las estrictas pautas de seguridad de Covid. General • Realiza otras tareas relacionadas según lo asignado • Debe poder trabajar las noches y los fines de semana • Debe ser capaz de mantener un horario flexible basado en el desempeño de cada noche Bilingüe (Inglés / Español) preferido Horario 30 de julio - 22 de agosto, viernes, sábados y domingos Viernes y sábados, 2pm-10pm Domingos, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Position title: Groundskeeper, Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles Reports to: Venue Manager, Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles Position Summary The Groundskeeper at Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles (Levitt LA) is responsible for keeping the lawn and areas immediately surrounding the Levitt Pavilion located at MacArthur Park clean during the free summer concert series. This includes collecting litter and trash from the entire lower and upper lawn areas of the Levitt Pavilion site, regularly cleaning and stocking portable restrooms and washing stations, and cleaning the loading dock area before, during, and after each concert from July 30 through Aug 22, 2021. This position will also be responsible for maintaining supply inventory and notifying the Venue Manager when orders need to be placed. This is a part-time, seasonal, non-exempt position. Responsibilities Janitorial/Maintenance  Collect and dispose of all trash on the Levitt Pavilion lawn and immediately surrounding areas before, during, and after concerts  Empty Levitt site trash cans before, during and after concerts into nearby walk-in dumpster. Must be able to lift 50-gallon trash bags onto cart.  Hose down venue stairwells before concerts  Clean and restock portable restrooms and washing stations before and during concerts  Secure portable restrooms and washing stations with a perimeter fence after each concert  Identify and mark areas of caution on the lawn such as potholes, mud, or tripping hazards; make Venue Manager aware of areas of caution  Maintain clean and orderly appearance of the lawn, loading dock, and portable restroom areas  Maintain inventory of cleaning and restroom supplies  Notify Venue Manager when cleaning and restroom supplies are low  Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles adheres to strict Covid Safety Guidelines. Each Levitt LA staff member must always wear a mask and follow the regulations set forth by the Covid Safety Manager. General  Perform other related duties as assigned  Must be able to work nights and weekends  Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule based on each night’s performance  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Schedule July 30 – Aug 22, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays Friday and Saturday, 2pm – 10pm Sunday,11am – 6pm
