Description
We have a 2 year old Black Lab that needs a different home. We adopted him in February, but we are not a good fit for this big guy. A re- homing fee of $100 will include his crate, bed, dog bowl, leash and collar.
Onyx is huge, and every inch is full of love. He is just a really happy kind of guy. We have kids, cats and another dog that Onyx has gotten along with really well. Onyx loves his crate and it's definitely his safe place. He will nap in there. He also will not whine or fuss when he is sent to his box-box when we leave the dogs home. Onyx learns new commands and manners quickly, he is eager to please. He does still have gaps in his training, but in the time we have had him Onyx is making huge strides.
So why on earth would we let this gem of a dog go?!?! He can jump the fence. We are just not able to keep him contained! Onyx has three little boys that keep helping him escape by holding open the front door or letting him into the backyard without his tether or adults.
We also had a huge change in family employment and availability which will prevent us from finishing Onyx's training. He is a well loved doggo and will make great addition to a family that is a little more prepared for him. We are happy to answer ANY questions about him and things that have worked for Onyx at out house.
