It is our sole mission to help the incarcerated and formerly incarcerated find employment. We are out here finding the best jobs possible that will match your skills and career goals. Changing your life on the inside is your recipe for success out here, and so our recruitment agency is looking for men and women who have demonstrated change while still incarcerated...and also while they are living in transitional housing after parole. We are selective with placement because we have to make sure our employer clients are getting the best of the best. We currently have several labor positions in Springfield and Eugene.
