Available Aug 1st. Possibly looking into a slightly bigger room so IF needed and you have a 5+ piece band, I may have a $200/month option to show as well. The PA/Speakers, Mics (w/ cables & stands) is available to use. Everything else is someone else's gear and should be left alone. Premisis has cameras so it's safe. Hours available are from 5pm-7am M-F and anytime weekends (This is a shared space - we use Google calendar to avoid cross-scheduling with the couple other musicians in the space). $150/month. First & last month due upon signing (last month used as security deposit if needed, or last month if you need to leave). Cannibis and beers ok, but please no guests or hard partying. Can store a VERY little bit of gear there if needed but please not too much as it's not big enough to be storage. Please feel free to email with any questions. Thx! - KC
