Attn: spiritual healers and the like, I need help getting clean

I am taking a shot in the dark here. Is there anyone who can help me get clean using spiritual healing, natural detox, meditation and so on. I am so ready to do this but my environment is so hectic and anytime I ask a family member to help they just don't really do anything. Of course they always say whenever you are ready I will help you and then I say I am ready and they just blow me off like I am not serious.
