Example of responsibilities Potential tasks include, but not be limited to: · Interior demolition and cleanout · Minimal Framing and Drywall · Minimal Electrical and Plumbing · Flooring Installation (LVP, Tile, Carpet) · Doors, Trim and Baseboard Installation · Door and window Hardware Installation · Interior and Exterior Painting · Tile and Mosaic Installation · Cabinet Installation · Roofing installation experience is a plus A well qualified candidate should be able to demonstrate experience, have reliable transportation, be able to work independently, start on time, and be able to work up to full time. Contractor licenses are a plus. Compensation based on experience $14-$18 per hour. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Schedule: 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday, On call, Overtime) COVID-19 considerations: Covid-19 precautions as required by State.
