Large Community in East Mesa looking for long term experienced maintenance person. Must live near zip code 85209, and have valid drivers license. Job requires experience in maintaining pools and spas, electrical, plumbing, turning homes as needed, maintaining all common buildings on property, and some landscaping. Position hours are 5:30am to 2:00pm Monday thru Friday and on call as needed. We are looking for a self starter who can work independently, takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work overtime as needed.
