As the Custodian at ADESA Reno, keeping the facility clean and in good repair is your responsibility. You will be the primary go-to person for management and employees to ask for help with facility-related issues—replacing lightbulbs, fixing building maintenance issues, ensuring a top-notch work environment and being a go-to resource for the team. This position requires some basic maintenance knowledge and abilities, use of basic tools and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a flexible attitude and ability to transition to a variety of assignments, promote teamwork. Be responsible and set a good example of attitude and performance. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. Must pass preemployment screening including background check and 10 panel drug screen. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: The physical activity requirements of the position are from Light to Medium Physical Work.
