We are an experienced rock n roll band looking for a primary lead guitarist. There will be split duty as we are a 2 guitar band but your role would be that of a 60/40 or 70/30 split. As previously stated with you being the primary. A comfort level needs to be there with that split duty as it may change & ultimately draw nearer a 50/50 split. Also a confidence needs to be there since you'll likely carry the larger lead load. We want you confident but check the ego at the door because like I said this is an experienced group. We have been together for quite some time & the musicianship is top notch. Originals as well as covers are in play. We're looking for a full-time member that is wanting to call one band home. We typically average playing 2 to 4 shows per month. As for rehearsals there will be several at first to get you up to speed with us & vice versa. After that we’ll rehearse as needed. We've got the rehearsal room, we all have top notch gear, we have shit loads of fun but we are very professional, mature & take the band & the music seriously. Yes you can have fun & still be serious! You'll need to be squared away at home, you'll need to be financially sound & you'll need to be punctual, reliable & honest. Oh yeah you'll need to be pretty damn good too because those around you will be. We've got the goods, we'll be able to provide ample & quick proof of that as our music is available on multiple outlets. We would expect that with your response you as well will be able to provide quick validation of your skills & talent that could ultimately warrant us getting in a room.
