Found male Chihuahua mix

Male Chihuahua mix. Black, tan and white. He is very sweet and appears to be well fed, although he was very hungry when I got him to my house. He may have been put for awhile. He keeps kicking his paws as if they hurt...he was running down the middle of a hot asphalt road. Please help me find his home.
