Calling all of those that love to drive! Would you want to make a guaranteed rate every day, at any time of the day, while still having a completely flexible schedule? Instead of driving for Uber or Lyft, we will pay you to drive around and look for vacant, run-down, abandoned, and distressed looking houses in SoCal based on a certain criteria. Some things you will look for are the following: - Stuffed-full mailboxes - Broken or boarded up windows - Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters - Visually in bad shape - Vacant - Tall grass and/or ignored landscaping - Handicap ramp - Window unit air-conditioning units - Hasn’t been sold in the previous 2 years When you see a run-down house, you job will be to pull over and input the house in an app on your smartphone. The app is called DealMachine. We expect to have hundreds of applicants and we are looking for the most detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and friendly drivers.
