Hiring lead maintenance technician For startup company that services Room & board homes and apartments. Looking for someone honest, hard working, good at electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding...a jack of all trades. $23 an hour to start. Raise to $24/hr after the 6 month probation period, and another scheduled raise to $25/hr after 1 year of employment with us. we also provide a gas card. no benefits at this point but later on yes. Room for growth in pay & position. must have own vehicle.
