We are a property management company looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Position is Full-Time! Pay is $17/hr - $22/hr; depending on experience! Experience needed: • Light plumbing • Light electrical • Patching & painting • Removing and installing flooring • Installing fixtures • Repairs • MUST: - Have a VALID California driver's license - Have a car to use for work - Be willing to travel within LA County - Have own tools We are an equal opportunity employer
