Property Management company is looking for a full-time custodian/janitor to join the team at the corporate office located near Silver Lake. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Clean and sanitize restrooms inside and out including but not limited to urinals, toilets, mirrors, and sinks. • Maintain and supply restrooms with towels, soap, etc. • Clean and sanitize lunchroom, refrigerators, sinks, and countertops • Collect and dispose of trash and separate recyclable items Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License • Have car to be used for work • Authorized to work in the US • Available to work Monday-Friday *$15/hr; depending on experience If interested please call or text (213) 399-3454
