Hey all! I recently purchased a 27' tiny house and am looking for a space to rent (side yard, driveway, backyard, etc.) for a couple of months so that I can make small modifications to the interior (paint, wallpaper, add trim, flooring etc.). I live in St. Johns and would be working onsite about 4 or 5 days a week, although my impact will be minimal, and I will be as neat and tidy as possible.
