Immediate Opening for Maintenance tech. Duties include but are not limited to: Regular maintenance of apartments and common areas including monthly turns Painting Pool and spa maintenance Completion of work orders Position requires ability to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to pass background check (drug, criminal, etc) Property Maintenance experience is a plus but not required. Please submit resume via email and include 3 references
