Full-time Nanny Needed

We are looking for a full-time nanny. Our daughter is 3 years old, and our son is 8 months old. We are looking for someone who can start last week of August/first week of September. Both my husband and I work ~80% percent from home but need full-time care for our 8-month baby boy and par-time care for our daughter. Our 3-year-old is very fun and easy going, she attends preschool 3 days a week and is home 2 days a week. We occasionally would need her picked up or dropped off, but this would very rare and our daycare is walking distance. We consider ourselves to be a very easy-going family. Our home is spacious with a nice yard and playroom, and we’re very close to parks and other play areas. We are looking for the following: 1. Someone who is looking for a MINIMUM of an 18-month commitment, but ideally someone who wants to be with a family for several years. 2. Someone who is reliable, we are looking for a consistent agreed upon schedule Monday-Friday. My job can be very demanding, but I do have flexibility to take time away, so that you can take time off when you need. 3. Most weeks will be M-F, 7/8am to 3/4pm and rarely outside of these hours. If additional help is needed, it will be communicated ahead of time. We are really looking for someone who wants to become like a member of our family, we understand that you will have a life outside of “work,” but it’s our goal to help this not feel too much like “work.” My husband and I are very easy going and flexible people!
