Cuba wasn't a communist country until the late 1950's though it assisted the US in WWII logistically China wasn't a communist country until 1949 though it assisted the US to fight the Japanese in WWII Russia didn't help us in WWII we helped them as we did all of Europe and Asia. If Russia did nothing more than sit on their hands the US and our Allies would have won WWII anyway. Nazi Germany was Democrat Socialists, today Democrat Socialists are the Democratic Party here. "those " communist " helped us win ww2, stopping hitler in his tracks" I don't remember seeing any reference to the Cuban Army helping the US anywhere, in any theatre, anywhere on earth during WWII.
