I am looking to transition my home into an AirBNB. I'm looking for trustworthy, reliable, hard-working individuals that would be interested in cleaning the 1,100 sq foot property. A background check would be required. It will be instrumental that this individual is invested in the AirBNB management progress. Responsibilities would include cleaning the property between guests, obtaining cleaning supplies and completing necessary laundry (washer and dryer available on site). I'm looking for someone who will take pride and have fun managing the property. I have experience with managing an AirBNB myself and have found cleaning us to be fairly simple, taking 15 minutes to an hour. If you are interested and feel as though this is something you are interested in, please let me know! I am open to working with students as well.
