Rowdy is a 10 month old Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix. He went missing from SE Douglas St. Near Vince Genna Stadium on Sunday July 18. He is not wearing a collar He is brindle color with a white chest and white paws and weighs about 12 pounds.
