We are a rapidly expanding Property Management Company, and we are excited to announce an opening for a Painter/Maintenance Assistant to our Billings, MT team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain the property to high standards
-Assure that all areas of community are free of debris, trash, odors, etc.
-Rotating on-call every other week.
-Assist with make-readies, including cleaning and painting.
-Able to lift 50pds.
