Painter needed for walls and ceiling of living, kitchen and foyer areas. Currently is gray and white and NOT purple as in the photos. It will need to be an appealing gray as the home is going up for sale. Patching, sanding and baseboards will be completed when you arrive. Ceilings are textured so will need thick rollers. Need a competitive quote along with references and confirmation of workers compensation/liability coverage.
