I have several full rehabs I'm creating SOWs on today in Maineville, Colerain, Beavercreek, and Goshen. Looking for 3-4 more crews to work with full time that is used to working with investors, does high-quality work at a fair price, honors and stands behind their work, and is ready to go by 07/21/2021 or sooner for the first one. We buy 20+ homes every month and with our 7 crews busy on our projects, we're looking for 3-4 more who can do consistent quality work long term. We only want to talk to you if you're looking for consistent, steady, reliable work every week, not just this one job. Most of our home remodels will include all normal items on a full rehab. Paint, drywall patch, windows, carpentry, cabinets, counters, engineered wood flooring, base, case, doors, vanities, tubs, tiled showers and floors, minor electric and plumbing, minor roof repairs, gutters, deck repairs/rebuild, fencing, landscape, banisters and railings, framing, lighting, etc. You simply need to do GOOD quality work and stand behind it. Our crews do all of the above work, but for major electric, roof replacement, HVAC, carpet installs, etc we use our own licensed subs to do that work directly. You oversee it to ensure it's done while you're there working as you're the boss on site, but we pay for those services directly. How do we operate? How are you paid? Pretty easy and pretty standard for us. You shop for materials at Home Depot and we pay for it on our account. Labor is paid in draws after completion of certain amounts of work. We do not provide funds up front in any way. We do perform background checks on crews and only want to work with quality people. If you have issues in the past, be honest and tell us up front, but we do background check everyone on the crew. We are licensed GCs as well as investors and have completed over 6,000 remodels and know what we're doing, we expect the same from you. EX: Cost of paint per (floor) sqft for labor, hang and finish 40 sheets of drywall labor, cost per hole to install 15 standard windows, cost per LF to install normal 5" baseboard, cost to install a normal medium kitchen 12-15 cabinet package labor, etc. Shoot me some pricing and we can know if we're on the same page or not! We pay fairly, on time, every time and we're 100% drama free. Thus, we expect the same from you. Most of our homes are very nice quality homes in great areas. We do NOT work in the ghetto, so you don't have to worry about theft and BS. We are not slumlords and we do not make bandaid repairs, we fix things right the first time, every time.
