This is a working leadership position. A Team Leader is to act as a manger on site to lead the installation of signs to be completed safely, accurately and on time. The Team Leader works with other managers and team leaders to insure the quality meets the customers expectations. The installations take place both in side and out side. Strong interpersonal communications are needed with both customers and team members.
