Of course you're correct. NO major cities like NY, Minneapolis, Portland, or Baltimore have cut police funding. So I guess that I'm incorrect... it never happened. It's just another revised history issue from the left.
The point was not whether or not funds can be moved in the government (within certain laws) but that the Covid bill, like the other democratic bills, are rammed through with billions, if not trillions, of dollars extra. It sounds like you're quite happy paying your taxes and not knowing where the money is going. I'm not.
