Join our team in Mt. Prospect, IL. We are currently seeking full-time Material Handlers. No experience necessary, but is desirable. We believe in paying our team members competitively! Starting compensation begins at $16.00 16.75 / Hour depending on experience. You will receive increases at 3, 6, 9 months and by your 18-month anniversary date you will be making $2.50 -$3.00 per hour more than your starting wage. PLUS: Have great attendance and receive an additional $200 per month, and meet team productivity goals to earn incentives of up to $350 per quarter. The Material Handler position is responsible for warehouse duties including: picking and packing of various sized products and packages by hand using RF scanning technology. We offer shifts beginning at 9:00am and others are later that go until 8:00 pm or until all shipments are loaded for pick up. Shifts depend on job duties/skills. Essential Job Qualifications include but are not limited to: 0-1 years warehouse experience Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment Perform basic math Attention to detail Ability to regularly lift and carry items up to 30lbs, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time Overtime and/or weekend work only when needed to service our customers If you think you possess these skills, please respond with your resume.
