Carpet edge repair and cleaning

Hey folks of CL - Looking for someone who can restretch this carpet back over what appear to be aluminum edge binders, rather than tack strips. Has been cut in 5 or 6 places, mostly in hallways during a plumbing repair. Also - would like to have the carpet cleaned (approx 600SF). Please bid price for both. Send any questions you have.
