Schedule: This is a full-time position for 40-45 hours per week. Overtime can be expected during peak (summer) months. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-5 with overtime as needed via longer working days M-F. You will be required to be on call 24/7 on a weekly rotating basis approximately 1 of every 5 weeks. Candidate must have a clean criminal background, drivers license and clean driving record. Smartphone required capable of running email and 4-5 supplemental applications. Cell phone expense reimbursement provided or company phone available. Who we are looking for: We are seeking a Residential Repair Technician. Candidates must have at least 2 years service experience. Responsibilities to include but not be limited to the following : Routine maintenance, groundskeeping, painting and other various handyman repairs. Make-ready work. Cleaning and trash pick up Snow removal Rekeying locks (will train if needed) Drywall patches/texturing/painting Minor carpentry repairs Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Landscape and yard work Gutter cleaning Hanging blinds Other misc repairs as needed. Candidates must be willing to assist as general labor on team projects and be able to work individually. Candidates will be responsible for invoicing from the field and will be required to use other applications to track schedule/completed work/billing. Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills required You would report to our Maintenance Supervisor and have part-time help on larger jobs from one of our junior maintenance techs CAMT certification a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, up to $1000 hiring bonus with potential for pay increase after only 90 days Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
