Looking for a bass player... Us: guitarist & drummer, early 40's, with good gear, rehearsal room, day jobs, lots of half-finished material.... we tend to be loud and fairly heavy, but nothing too speedy or metal'y. Looking for the right person to write, record, and if it all came together right, play shows. We don't play covers and try to get into the room at least once a week when schedules allow for it. You: must have gear and love to play bass.... That's pretty much it. The rest will work itself out if the chemistry is right. Countless "Influences", but to name a few: Queens of the Stone Age, Shiner, Sparta, Quicksand, Oceansize, The Life & Times, Dredg, Clutch, Rival Schools, Failure, Them Crooked Vultures, Tool/APC, RATM, Chains, Riddle of Steel, Sleepy Sun, Handsome, Helmet, Unified Thoery, all the 90's stuff, Classic/progressive rock, and the list goes on...
