Great opportunity to work with well regarded property management company with 40 plus employees and growing. You will be assigned to a property and work M-F daytime hours. Responsibilities include, day-to day janitorial and minor repairs for the properties common areas and other facilities, including performance of general community maintenance work. Work will be performed independently and supervision is provided by a Community Manager who is assigned to the same property.
