Crews needed to perform real estate property preservation. Pre and Post foreclosure experience either working direct for a national or as a sub is preferred. Subcontracted relationship. Duties include Evictions, Lock Changes, Debris and Hazard Removal, Initial and Routine Lawn Maint., Cleaning, Boarding, Rehab and Repair, Full REO Clean Outs. We also utilize landscape only crews. Must be able to upload photo results from field utilizing lap top or smart phone. Preservations Crews must have standard locks in stock. Great opportunity to join a company with 20 years experience.
