Foreman/Laborer WANTED Looking for a new basement waterproofing foreman/laborer. Experience in the construction industry necessary, but does not have to be in basement repair. You will be working with our crews. We offer competitive pay and a bonus program with opportunity for advancement Veterans Welcome Job Description (you need to have experience in most of these to qualify): *Running crews and jobs *Scheduling upcoming jobs *Working on jobs *Gather/Order materials for upcoming jobs *Solve problems as they arise *Motivating the crews, keeping up morale *Calling customers to confirm information before job begins *Keep records updated while on jobs as necessary *Work with office to coordinate information, scheduling, customer communications, etc. Qualifications: -Valid Driver's License (Does not need to be CDL) -Reliable Transportation to our office -Able to pass criminal background check -Able to repetitively lift over 50lbs -Experience running crews and jobs, and in job scheduling -Good eye for detail -Willingness to help -Follow instructions well -Give Instructions well If you are interested, please call us to set up an interview. 515-963-0226
