Fischer's Maintenance is seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to fill full and part time positions. Hired individuals will receive a fair and competitive wage. Whenever possible, we provide additional tools to make the job more efficient! General Labor Duties include, but are not limited to: · Lawn care including mowing, trimming, landscaping and seasonal cleanup · Snow removal including running snow removal equipment, tractors with heated cabs, shoveling and use of snow blower etc. · Other general labor duties General labor positions mainly work days, Monday-Friday. Nights and weekends are only necessary as dictated by weather. If you're not afraid to work, we're not afraid to pay. Qualified candidates for all positions must: · Have a valid driver's license and good driving record · Have a neat professional appearance and good personal hygiene · Have a strong work ethic and the ability to pay close attention to detail · Be able to work independently and efficiently · Have flexible availability to work non-standard hours as needed, due to weather · Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check Applications are available by stopping in at 206 Superior St.
