Property Maintenance Technician Full time and/or part time. Flexible schedule. Looking for individual who can work on their own throughout the day completing minor to lengthy tasks. Basic property clean up, interior and exterior. Basic to technical property repairs, interior and exterior. Must have good communication skills and willing to treat tenants and property owners with professionalism and respect. Must have personal vehicle and valid drivers license. REQUIRED -Painting -Drywall repair -Simple household fixes -Light plumbing -Cleaning -Common area & grounds cleanup -Troubleshooting and resolving household problems -Debris removal PAY INCREASE -Knowledge of basic electrical -Knowledge of basic to moderate plumbing -Personal tools -Flooring, window, countertop instillation.
