Columbia Straw is looking for a Team Member to join our growing company! We are an energetic and passionate group of people, and we are hoping to find someone who is equally driven to make a difference. Roles and Responsibilities: • Load and unload cargo • Operate CSS and Supplier Ag Equipment (Telehandlers, Loaders, etc.) • Operating an Electronic Truck Scale • Provide backup support to the other CSS team members as needed • Communicate clear instruction/directions with Suppliers and Team Leads • Understand and comply with proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards • Other duties as assigned (must be able to regularly lift 50lbs and sit for extended periods of time) Qualifications and Education Requirements: • Load and maintenance document recording experience • Basic MS Office proficiency • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required • Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred (but not required) • Demonstrate the Company’s values at all times Preferred Skills: • Strong communication skills • Consistent tenure in previous positions • Strong organizational skills • Ability to assess and manage equipment risk If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit a resume for consideration.
