M & M Real Estate Management has an immediate opening for a cleaner to assist with multiple sites located in NE Philadelphia. Job scheduled Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Must have a personal vehicle. Job duties include: Emptying trash Vacuuming Dusting Cleaning apartments including appliances Mopping floors Cleaning entry doors and common area All equipment is provided for the employees to use.
