With upmost haste turn off the TV and the radio those people are keeping most of you tense and made others do actions they wouldn't normally do, like storm the Capital Building.
Hear your own thoughts again, their news isn't your news, like your family and friends, drop the politics, drop the color, listen to the quiet outside, for those of you who have running thoughts, look into mindfulness it will help your distress.
Just turn off the noise, no one is so informed that it would cause anger and restlessness in your own family?
Free yourself. both sides free yourself. News is not good for any of you, news that makes you feel uncomfortable isn't news. NO LEFT NO RIGHT, just quiet.
