Lost Please Help

We have lost 5 brand new puppies eyes still closed. Mom broke out of her house late night on the 18th or early morning 19th and took them somewhere. I guess between 11:00pm to 5:00 am. I believe they are close but I have looked hi and low. They are all dark in color and very small. If anyone knows anything or has found them dead or alive please contact me by text or email but text is better. Please I'm going crazy over my babies.A thanks in advance.
