Seeking an experienced contractor and or Handyman on Maintenance and rehab projects. Looking for a long term business relationship for multiple jobs on single family in the Knoxville and surrounding areas. Must have skills in the following: Minor Plumbing Minor Electrical Hang some sheet rock, finish and repairs Tile layer for floors, tub / shower surrounds, and back splash. Painting Other minor house repairs such trim, set cabinets, Yard Clean up and landscape Garbage removal, demos. Pay is per job bid, or $20 - $30/hour depending on job Please email the following: 1.
