We are a licensed cannabis brand specializing in genetics and nursery operations. We are looking for general labor technicians to help keep things "growing" in our operations areas. The right candidate will be asked to perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently in a production environment. We will also consider training the right candidates so experience is not required but preferred. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES (not limited to) Clone cutting Clone care Clone packaging Lab & Extraction Assistance Managing logistics of warehouse with fluctuating workload Maintain a clean and organized workstation Safety and compliance with all relevant regulations Collaborates with and provides support to nursery staff Maintain a clean area upon completion of work day Complete and assigned training Report any safety and maintenance issues/matters Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management COMPETENCIES: Can do attitude Team player Customer focus Reliability Honesty Commitment to safety Professionalism, patience and process driven High attention to detail REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 21 years old to meet State regulations Must be able to pass a criminal background screening Must be able to speak and read English Must have reliable transportation Excellent organization and prioritization skills Must be able to work in a fast pace environment Must be able to work in varying room temperatures Quickly adapt to changing business needs Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours plus when OT is required) Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) Work Schedule: Full Time - Hourly Hours: May vary but typically from 900am - 530pm Must be flexible with working weekdays, weekends, and holidays When replying: Subject Line Must Read: General Labor Technician
