Vocalist seeking to form classic hard rock/metal cover band featuring material from all of the greatest artists from the 70's, 80's and early 90's: Zeppelin, Sabbath, AC/DC, Van Halen, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Guns 'N' Roses, and many other similar bands. I also dig some mellower stuff like the Chili Peppers, Soul Asylum, Tom Petty, and so on, and I have some good ideas for metal remakes of non-metal songs from the eras listed above. I have over 15 years experience fronting original bands, a PA, and good connections in the LA music scene. No mainstream Top 40 or standard classic rock please - I want to do hard rock and metal exclusively. Cool down-to-earth musicians only - no egos or attitudes. Must be able to rehearse at least once per week and gig 3 to 4 times per month or more - if your job or family life prevents you from doing this, please do not respond.
