Removal of two stripped hex screws

I need to remove two stripped hex screws on my Ninebot ES2 electric scooter. See attached pictures. They are supposed to be 4mm hex screws. After they became stripped, I tried an extractor set, but it didn't work. Just need to get them out without damaging the scooter itself. I don't need these screws so you can do whatever you can. I'm located in Pilsen. If you can come to me, that's ideal, but I'm open to going to you at your convenience, assuming it's a quick job. Please send me a few sentence on why you think you can do this. Thank you.
