Job description If you are interested to work as a commercial cleaner, you should possess excellent janitorial skills, the ability to perform preventative maintenance, replenish inventory, request materials. A high school diploma is required to work as a commercial cleaner and having prior experience can be a plus point. Commercial Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications: Prior cleaning experience strongly preferred Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and nights as needed Must have own transportation ( show proof of ownership) Job Description: • Sweep, mop and vacuum carpets and rugs. • Buff and dust furniture, clean and polish woodwork. • Dust and clean fixtures and fittings. • Wash windows, wipe tables and shelves, scrub toilets, and empty trash cans. • Ensure that there is a sufficient supply of paper products in restrooms and kitchens. • Wash, sanitize, and replenish restrooms • Empty and wash trash cans, replace trash bags, and dispose of the waste properly. • Operate cleaning tools and equipment • Identify and report any equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor. • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
