We are looking for skilled and hard-working handy people to assist our dispatch department in maintaining our clients' homes, as well as the grounds and associated residential spaces. Your job responsibilities will include sheetrock repairs, plumbing, electrical, flooring patches, and odd jobs around the home. You will also respond to tenants' requests for maintenance services, including but not limited to replacing air filters, installing new locks, and troubleshooting smoke detectors. You need to have the ability to communicate well within apps and with our technician staff.
