We aim to build the best, highest-value small homes in the greater Puget Sound region, and we are growing quickly, with 30 projects in permitting or construction and more being added continually. Come grow with us! We are currently hiring a General Laborer to join our Bellevue-based construction team. WHAT YOU WILL DO General site labor to keep our projects moving smoothly Help deliver and move materials onsite Work with our field crew on a variety of carpentry and site-work tasks Keep sites safe and clean THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to read and learn basic plans and understand construction processes and timelines. Ensures work gets done efficiently and meets high quality standards Ability to maintain a positive relationship with teammates, property owners, and subcontractors, and to communicate clearly both verbally and via email Ability to perform varying types of labor tasks, such as the ability to carry heavy panels Possession and/or the ability to obtain a valid First Aid/CPR card within ninety (90)days of employment A verifiable track record of punctuality and attendance A great attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to solve problems as they come up WAGES & BENEFITS $25 per hour (DOE) $1,000 new-hire bonus after 6 months of good performance Other benefits include medical, PTO, Paid Holidays, profit sharing, and a dynamic workplace.
