Experience in the field of polished concrete and/or flake floor installation would be preferred but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES Support and Maintain Quality Standards Perform Tasks with Limited Supervision Operation of Some Heavy Machinery Lifting More Than 30 lbs Maintain & Clean Equipment Follow All Safety Rules REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license Be at least 18 years of age High school diploma Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks Ability to work in all weather Must be punctual and reliable Communication Skills Positive Attitude We are hiring for full time 1099 contractor positions with starting hourly pay between $14-$15 with the option to transition to W-2 employment with overtime pay and health benefit eligibility after 90 days.
